Junior/Senior class:

Tuesdays: 6:30pm-7:45pm. Full DoBok is a MUST. Tuesdays lesson is traditional TaeKwonDo training and Poomsae practice.

Thursdays6:00pm-8:15pm. TaeKwonDo bottoms are recomended. Full contact squad training. White pants and T.Shirt is prefered, anything aslong as you dress in training gear that doesn't restrict mobility.

Saturday 10:30am - 12:00pm. Mixed class. Requires FULL DoBok. Saturday classes may have varied weekly schedules. Announcements on the Thursday class will determine this.

Pewee Cadet (ages 4-11):

Thursdays: 4:30pm-6:00pm. Sparing and Physical class. Training tailored around this age group to get the best out of students. Compfy clothes or DoBok pants/HAMA T-Shirt
